Retaking the DAT, yes or no?
You should be very careful when considering a retake on DAT if your scores are not all that bad. Usually the average score on most of subjects is around 19.

In the paper folding/hole punching section, you are given a shape of a flat square of paper which is usually folded one or more times and then a hole or two is punched in some places of this paper.

Time and Date of the DAT
You can take the DAT three times or more. You must choose the date of your exam 60 to 90 days before your desired date. It is best to register early as well.


General Chemistry
The second sub-test of the DAT Survey of Natural Sciences is General Chemistry with 30 questions.


Perceptual Ability Test (PAT)
The Perceptual Ability Test (PAT) is the second section of the DAT and for many students one of the most challenging.
